Creating Ripples of Hope
Half of American students are hopeful, possessing numerous ideas and abundant energy for their future. The other half of American students feel stuck or discouraged, lacking the ideas and energy they need to navigate problems and reach goals. (Based on a 2010 Gallup Student Poll)
One reason some of your students have difficulty thinking about their future and being excited about it is because they don't see anything positive in it for them. They are part of the group of American students who are stuck and discouraged. It's up to you and me and every other adult in their life to help them get "unstuck" and to give them hope for their future!

Serving as the national All Stars trainer for 18 years with the program's author, Dr. Bill Hansen, gives me a deep understanding and appreciation of the theory and research underlying the program. Working side-by-side with him and the All Stars team through multiple research studies on the program offers me insights of what works and what doesn't work.
I've also been blessed to travel to all 50 states and go into communities of all kinds to train classroom teachers and community youth workers in All Stars.
